Refund

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that go into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of

payment within one week of initiation.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All products sold by RUNIT GUPTA are non-returnable or exchangeable. All the products are made to order and are freshly constructed for every order placed; hence, the effort involved in the same cannot be cancelled or exchanged for.

Every single piece designed & produced in the Runit Gupta Store goes through stringent quality checks.

Unevenness in the colour and texture of design is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

Alterations

We offer free alteration for the first time on all online orders within 7 days of delivery. The offline orders, once delivered 

With a perfect fit, you will be charged for alterations, if any, post 24 hours of delivery. Any alteration of online orders

Post first free alteration will be charged, at the bare minimum, as per the requirement.

However, the first free alteration for online orders will be subjected to only fittings on the chest, waist, and hip, and

not the lengths. 

or other measurements or manipulations that are already provided or decided. If required, the alteration will be charged.

Please provide correct measurements or select the right size through the size chart while placing an order.
