REFUND

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that go into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All products sold by RUNIT GUPTA are non-returnable or exchangeable. All the products are made to order and are freshly constructed for every order placed; hence, the effort involved in the same cannot be cancelled or exchanged for.

Unevenness in the colour and texture of design is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
